Purchases & Downloads

Buying & downloading

Click any "Get it" button on our site — you'll be taken to Gumroad where you can complete the purchase securely. Gumroad accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and more.
After purchase, Gumroad sends you an email with a download link immediately. You can also access all your purchases anytime at gumroad.com/library by logging in with the email you used to buy.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free Gumroad account makes it easier to access your purchases and manage your library in the future.
It depends on the product. Common formats include PDF, XLSX, DOCX, PNG, SVG, and ZIP archives. Each product page on Gumroad lists the exact formats included before you buy.
Yes. All purchases are stored permanently in your Gumroad library. Log in at gumroad.com and go to your Library to re-download at any time.
Updates & Licensing

Updates & usage rights

Yes — all products include lifetime free updates. When we release a new version, Gumroad notifies you by email and the updated file appears in your library automatically.
Standard purchases allow personal and internal business use. For commercial use in client projects or resale, you'll need a commercial licence — contact us for details.
Each purchase is licensed for one individual user. For team use, please purchase a separate licence for each team member, or get in touch — we can offer team pricing.
No. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing download links publicly is not permitted. Each product is for the licensed user only.
Refunds & Support

Refunds & support

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of buying and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email us via the Contact page or reply directly to your Gumroad purchase confirmation email. Include your order number and we'll process the refund within 1–2 business days.
We're happy to help! Contact us via the Contact page and describe the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days and will either fix the issue or provide an alternative file.
Log in to your Gumroad account (gumroad.com/library) and you can always download your files from there. If you don't have an account, contact us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.
Membership

Membership questions

Membership gives you recurring access to the product library included in your plan. You're billed monthly via Gumroad, and your library access remains active as long as your subscription is live.
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your Gumroad account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and no further charges are made.
Yes. Files you downloaded while your membership was active remain yours. You just lose access to new downloads and updates after cancellation.
